In December, the client approached us with the goal of boosting ticket sales for their upcoming concert tour in Japan. They wanted to leverage Instagram Reels, using their popular performance videos to drive high-quality traffic to the ticketing page and ultimately increase conversions.
The campaign was strategically divided into three phases to evaluate the impact of digital advertising, allow for creative refreshes, and implement performance-based optimizations. We also introduced retargeting to reach users who had previously engaged with the group—audiences more likely to convert into ticket buyers. As a result, the campaign delivered 10,225 clicks to the landing page from nearly 700,000 impressions, achieving strong performance at an efficient cost.
